The Chic Home Vibes mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Chic Home Vibes (“Chic Home Vibes”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance.

By subscribing to Chic Home Vibes’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational messages at the mobile number provided. These may include updates on your orders, account notifications, promotional offers, cart reminders, and product launches. Messages may be sent using an automated system or other technology and message frequency may vary.

Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you do not need to opt in to the Service to make a purchase.

We may change the number or short code used for messaging at any time and will notify you accordingly. Please note that any STOP or HELP requests sent to a previous number may not be recognized, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to retired numbers.
